Long Distance Phone Game

Hey guys, I could use some advice on long distance phone game because I've never ventured into this territory before.

So two weekends ago my friends and I go to Vegas. One night, we hit up a strip club and I meet this HB8 (not a dancer) who's from San Fran (I live in Seattle). Anyways, we hit it off and had really good rapport. I guess it's because I demonstrated high value since I was chatting with a whole bunch of dancers without paying them. Needless to say, the HB8 and I exchanged numbers and she finally left at 6am. 20 minutes later I texted her to say good night and she responded within minutes. So right away, I know I'm good.

It's been two weeks, and we've been texting each other back and forth. She always responds to my text within 10 minutes or so.

Now my question is, how should I build on this long-distance style? We live in different states, so it's not like I can call to set up a lunch date or go out for drinks.

How often should I call, and what kinda things should I be talking about? I've never attempted this kind of long distance before, because usually when I meet a girl that's from another part of the country I don't follow up on it. But this HB8, I actually kinda like, so I think there could be a future meeting. But how do I get there?
