I was reading this HB9 profile and she said that she loves to smile and laugh. She also said that if you can make her do either of the two then you have a friend for life. So I wrote her...

Me: So all I have to do is make you laugh and we'll be friends forever?

Her: pretty much. start telling some jokes...


I'm kinda new to this so could some1 give me some ideas on how to handle this one? Thank you.

Well to her a joke would be jumping through a hoop set by her, so cut threads, start another one, be funny and playful without telling her a joke.
