got a cool glow in the dark idea
I'm planning a surprise birthday party for someone, and got what I think is an awesome idea: I'll have each letter of "happy birthday" plus her name, written with a "glow in the dark" pen on several sheets of paper, then fix the sheets spaced apart on the walls. The letters on the sheets won't be visible in the normal light of course but later, as soon as the lights are turned off, the message suddenly shows up for her.
But (unfortunately) I have never used glow-in-the-dark stuff/pens in my childhood, so can you guys who had normal childhoods tell me if this idea will work, or if you have any suggestions. Do I need a black light in addition, for the letters to show up?
