I have a lot of woman friends, from my previous AFC life, and most of them recommend me that for the first kiss just to do it, never ask if you can kiss the girl, because you can end as a coward that dont take his chances in kissing a girl that is showing all the IOI necessary for the kiss.
Just do it, let it happen naturally, its not big deal, first just hug her, then stroke her hair, then give her a kiss in her cheek, and then just take his head with your both hands and kiss her really slow. The second that you take the girls face, she knows that youre going to kiss her, so if she doesnt want to kiss you she will evade you before you actually attempt to give her a kiss.
