The Return of Navyryan

Hi all,

Have been a member of this site for a few years now, however have not been a regular in over 18 months, hence the need to post a new introduction.

I flirted with the MM whilst i was living and working out in italy in 05/06 and had the best intentions to keep practicing and applying what i was reading and learning however during the winter of 06 i blew my back out playing rugby and spent the best part of a year in agony everyday.

Id love to tell you i was cool about things and i kept a handle on everything but i went the other way, started drinking to much, not exercising, found that food and beer replaced socialising and being active, partly from the pain but also because i felt my life was fucked, I felt like i was 60 years old at 25 and all the things i enjoyed were out of my reach. Just going to gigs and clubs became a nightmare as a push or a knock would have me in agony......

Well nearly 2 years later, and ive got round to pulling my head out my ass and ive realised that i cant stand around watching the world go by. I want to get amongst it again and take the bull by the horns.

Im 27, living in sussex england in a small town known as LA to the locals, looking to hang out with and get back in the game with people from the sussex area, brighton,worthing etc.....
