How to pick up girls as Bartender

Hi

I work since a while as bartender, I´m happily married but I wanna use my job as bartender to my advance.

It´s easy as bartender to starta conversation with a girl but the problem is that I´m workin so I have to appear professional at all time especially in this place where I work, so I just can´t go after girls as i want to.

Does have anyone experience how to pick up girls in an upscale Bar, rember I´m the Bartender, or easy ways to small talk with girls and especially how can I maipulate girls for gettin more tips
