You can't. Read the Forum FAQ as it relates to photos and protecting the anonymity of YOU and other people. If you have a tiny doubt about posting a pic, don't do it.

I've seen some people that has posted some stuff on her and then deleted it though

Moderators and administrators delete photos that violate our privacy policy, so that may explain why they are there one minute and gone the next.
