Location location location

Myself and 2 other mates are in the market for a new pad to make our weekend party pad. Somewhere in the area of Bristol is where we are thinking and a price of up to £500,000. We were thinking that a penthouse apartment in the city centre would be the best idea but then we are also thinking of the advantages of a pad just outside the city and the advantages of more space.

More space = more people
