The coolest money clip i've seen is a Poker chip money clip, i thought it was interesting look.
For the credit card holder i'm sure something with a designer label would draw some attention.
One of my friends used to use a Louis Vuitton card holder, though i would personally use something else that doesnt have soo many fakes around.
