Default Question about shaved heads..

Ok, I'm almost 30, and my hair is definitely thinning. So, to alleviate that, I'm seriously trying to talk myself into just shaving it all off. Here's the problem. I have breakouts under my hair from time to time, including now, and I was wondering what the best way to proceed would be with it. Do I try to get it cleared up before shaving (with shampoo), or should I just go ahead and shave it and then get it cleared up (using the same stuff that I use on my face)?

Anybody with any experience with this?

post a pic (just a head)

But yeah just shave it and use same shit you use on your face. Maybe talk to your doc about it.

Worse case scenario, your shaved head doesn't look good for couple weeks and then it will grow back out.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I can't post a pic right now because I'm on my work computer, and all my pics are at home. The best I could do is link my myspace page (myspace... c o m/ m c c l a y m a t i o n ).

I actually think I could pull off the shaved look, I'm just worried about shaving and finding all this acne under there. It's weird; my skin is pretty clear for the most part, except under my hair. I use good shampoo and conditioner, but I work out and sweat a lot, and in this East Texas humidity, that's a killer.

Man trust me once it's shaved you are going to feel so much better. Big wave of relief. If you are unsure about doing it yourself ask your barber.

Thanks for that.

Of course, if you Google "Mation" it'll probably come up anyway. That's my name on pretty much everything...

I guess you're screwed now hahaha.

Hey, there is a succesful solution to guys who get stuck with their usernames that are also their "Everything" name.

Create a new everything name and ditch the old identity. or at least create a new sarging name that you use to get girls.

but yeah. shave your head. BTW the picture on your myspace, you're looking for this one right?

Oh, yeah, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to do it, I just was worried about the breakout issue. Of course, it makes sense to just shave first and use face wash to take care of the problem. It'd probably be a lot easier to get rid of that way.
