Poll: Scruffy or Clean Cut

this has been a question I can't seem to understand the logic of.
From my experience when I go clean cut I usually attract 6's and 7's the ones with the better personalities. When I haven't shaved in ripped clothes that's when the nines come. The only difference is when scruffy it's a one night thing or just hot sex no meaning. As Im typing this I realized the resoning behind this and has a lot to do with apearance and instinctive programming / emotional conditioning. I'd like to hear some peoples insights on this.

When I find it I'll post a link to the article, but it goes like this:
A British study on women measured their responses to varying amounts of facial hair on men. The results showed women had the most attraction to stubble ( they felt the men to be the most masculine and attractive), followed by full beard (most masculine of all, but not as attractive as stubble) with clean shave the least (felt the men were submissive).

Not scruffy but I always have a light beard well maintained.
