Anyone here bike? I know that alkaloids is a triathlete and definitely does biking, but most of the people here so far seem to be more interested in bulking up.
I was just wondering, since being a cyclist requires a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT training and dieting routine (since the goal is to decrease weight, increase lean muscle mass).
