Why don't you just eat right and do cardio instead of buying into some crap where you can't have any solid food for a month. It is really easy to just supplement with just whey protein, eat healthy, and get into the single digits for BF% if you have determination instead of ruining your body completely by shitty Hollywood diets.

Diet & Bodybuilding - EliteFitness.com Forums

Sorry for the plug but these forums have tons of healthy meals for dieting, and I recommend looking more into other alternatives before buying a shit ton of supplements and going on crazy diets that will just totally mess up your body.

Main pointers eat big, lift big, get big don't use cheap alternatives they will just fuck you in the long run.

Extreme diets are generally not such a hot idea.

Go back to T-nation and look at Berardi's "get shredded" diet. It's still quite intense but he advocates whole, nutritious foods.
