| | | How big calfes does girls like? (pic of my calfes inside) Hola.
How big calfes does girls like? I know that calfes is not as attractive as, for instance, a six-pack or big arms. However, since I'm working out anyway I can make them as sexy as possible .
I'm doing heavy squats (5 set og 3 reps one day a week). I usually go pretty deep on my squats. I think this makes my calfes a little bit bigger, but not that much bigger. I haven't trained calf isolation exercises for over a year.
One of my calfes:
My right calf is 41 cm. I believe my left one is about the same size.
My upper body is pretty big.

| | | Girls don't care.
Calves respond to lots of volume.
This reminds me of Entourage a little bit |

| | | Depends on the girl and what she's into. I'm not into huge calves, but I definitely notice well-defined ones.

| | | Dude, no one cares about calves. Unless you're a runner, are skinny, and have really well defined sexy calf muscles... But big calves in general only make your legs look fat. Just make sure your legs match the rest of your body and leave it at that. Rogue |

Rogue | i completely disagree, girls do like well defined calves. and a muscular calf doesnt make your leg look fat, a fat cankle does (when you cant distinguish the calf from the ankle, thats a cankle). but i wouldnt waste time isolating the calf since its not one of the first things a girl notices (like arms or abs). i naturally/genetically have big calf muscles and have been specifically told by girls i've bedded that i have sexy legs (and since my thighs are a little chubby, i know they mean my calves). lots of running should be enough to get your legs in good shape, so save the isolation exercises for your upper body and arms. |

| | | ohh calves what lovely topic. First girls will notice a great pair, but its highly unlikely a bad pair would go against you. As long as you train legs( which you do) you'll be fine. Just don't be the guy with 4 years of upper body training, and never a leg day. I train calves on a day by themselves, for about a year with great results, I had genetically small calves and wanted to bring them up to par with the rest of me. You have to hit them with super high intensity , at least I did. |

But ya it is definitely a very minor part of your entire bodies physique. And plus I am usually wearing jeans so you wont be seeing much of the calves anyways.
