diarrhoea I just started a weight gaining programme. I am eating in the vicinity of 3900 calories on non work out days. I started getting diarrhoea on my first day, on the second day as well, but this time marginally l less apocalyctic.. I think it was the eggs that did it.. why do you think im getting the D? Is my body just not used to such a drastic increase in calories? ( I am eating lots of chicken and egg white, if that helps)
has anybody had sickness cos of your eating?
