I didnt read it anywhere so I thought I would share my thoughts with you.Personally I believe the most important aspect of gaining muscle and getting bigger is that your self esteem and your image grow along with your size.
You change mentally as your body image changes and you have more self confidence on doing pretty much anything,not just chasing around HBs.
After going to the gym,yes MAYBE some HBs will be atracted to you,but the thing that does the magic here is that you have more confidence and try tuff you normally would be hesitant about.Someone mentioned that muscles attract women and heres what I found out:
Young women(16-25) are naturally atrracted to muscular guys but as they grow this tends to change for a more "normal" guy.Of course there are exceptions.
Most people just overlook this fact,and I believe that it too important to do so.
You are confused. Correlation does not equal causation. Women are generally dating men who are less lean/strong as the get further from college age, because the available men in general are getting less lean/strong as they get older. That doesn't mean a woman wouldn't prefer her 35-year-old boyfriend to have 10% body fat, or that being fit isn't attractive, it's just that the guys who high school track stars now have desk jobs.
I believe that as women get older, they are able to look past certain physical attributes and actually tend to look more at personality.
An older woman WOULD probably love to have a fit boyfriend, however, she probably prefers somebody that she would have fun with, somebody with personality. So, she compromises for someone who is fun to talk to, etc.
