I remember reading somewhere on the net ( I searched can't re-find) that someone posted, or wrote and article ( I think sinn?) that stated what body size girls like. What body weights gave him IOI's, and what body weights gave him IOD's. If I remember right, it was somewhere like 205 low bf for someone who was 6'2.
Anyone have that link?

He was talking about how he was scronny and had no girls opening him, then he got bigger and UGs would open him then he got more muscles and cute girls would open him...and then he got really muscular and only hot girls open him and UGs stopped opening him.

something like that. dude ........i am 6'2'' @ 230...and i am dropping to 212-215, single digit body fat ~ 9-10%

I think each girl is different. As you can tell, looks really don't matter at all. The only place that looks come in is those freebies you'll get once in a while because a girl thinks you're cute/hot

If I had to guess at what MOST girls like, I'd say a guy who has a sharp jawline, broad shoulders and a slim waist. I think I read that somewhere? But yea

Being in shape, tanned, and well dressed/groomed sure as hell makes your approaches sooooo much easier...LORD!

And good looking dudes have to play game on a different level... it's not easy it's different.

(BTW, by looks i am talking about appearance, not genetic structure of your face/body)

HEALTH is an ATTRACTION SWITCH. Being athletic and lean makes this way, way easier. I have been too thin, lean/ripped, and too doughy. No comparison in terms of ease. Look for the fat PUAs out there. There are very few.

Dramatically more AIs, much smoother approaches. I think it's hard to overstate how big an impact being in good shape can be on the first couple minutes.

Now, if you have no game, you'll still find a way to fuck it up. But all things being equal (the same guy who gets lean and strong), he's going to be dating hotter women and having an easier time. No doubt.

I've noticed that I get AIs and hotter girls exponentially easier when I'm lean, but I feel that's more or less due to inner game feelings than completely what I look like.

Eh, I'll be honest, at my leanest I would get approach alot and girls would be nice right off the bat. But when I'd approach hotter sets and expect a good reaction I'd get blown out because they aren't phased by good looking guys, whereas my boy J who is fat would approach and the girls would be all over him.

I'd say overall confidence is more important than looks, but if you are already confident, getting into good shape can only improve your chances drastically.

i was at 6'5 320 Really pudgy..

I dropped to 280 and added a Huge amount of muscle on the chest and arms and shoulders.

still have a bit of a gut, but my chest is wider than my stomache .. girls have told me i have the body of mr incredible..

All in all, my opening and approaches have become much easier since i hit the gym.. I dont have the hottest body in the club, but i have the gift of gab. it usually translates into number closes..

when i first ask girls what they noticed about me, they usually say my

"Height, Chest , Confident smile"

so stand tall, stick your chest out and smile when your anywhere, and you will get attention no matter WHAT YOU look like.
