Default Dark circles corner/under the eye? what to do?

Ey, this is a pain !

Sleep wont get rid of it.

Whats a good facial cream to use or product. the remedies dont help. So would anyone know of a company that is specialized in facial creams for reducing the dark circles under you eyes. Should i buy products that contain Vitamin K and take Vitamin K supplements?

Good rest and good nutrition will get things as good as they are going to get. FWIW, it can take weeks of stable sleep to clear this up.

Normally baggy eyes (and dark areas around them) are lack of sleep + hydration. Here is a couple of things you can do:

1) before going to sleep or in the morning put a cold patch over your eyes (wether its a "frozen spoon" (very common for women) or a lil bit of eyes)...just put something cold to deflate them.

2) Drink LOTS OF WATER! (or a sports drink)...like I said, sometimes its a synthom of dehydration.

3) sometimes I do so uncounciously...dont rub your eyes...actually even better dont touch them. If there is a lil bit of puffyness it will actually make them more puffy...even worse, you may even accidentally get an infection so hands off your eyes.

4) I guess the most normal...sleep rythm...very important..try to sleep 7-9 hours for a week or two at least and try to get sleep at the same hours..

5)...all else fails....well you can always put on some base...hey a man has got to do what a man has got to do ..but just a teeny bit

Sports drinks are high in sodium and will increase puffiness in your face.

That is the solution. But you need the rest too. It is the best solution. Try it.
It bothered me for months. I had to ask a woman about this. She gave me the answer.

It is funny to realize that women have the same problems with men (cocncerning grooming) and have already found the solution. Whenever you have a similar question just ask a woman.
