How do you deal with oversleeping? Sometimes i can sleep for 12-13 hours straight.

Set an alarm clock and start keeping a regular pattern.

shit anyone has a good advice if your work schedule is so sporadic that you cannot keep set sleeping pattern?

this has been killing me for past two years: I work as late as 2-6 am, and i wakeup anywhere between 10 am - 3 pm. Some days i work all nights, some days i work only till 1 am.

No pattern whatsoever. And at the way economy looks right now, I wouldn't be able to find a job that can match my benefits and pay.

.......any suggestions?

Try to get 56 hours per week (8 x 7), however you can get them. My brother is on a similar schedule and manages by getting enough net hours that he's OK.
