While T-Nation is a nice site for routines, it is easy to be pulled in by the allure of "get HUGE GUNS" and the like. For a basic weightlifting routine, my favorite is located at

One thing I cannot stress enough is that you need to have clear, focused goals. After outlining those goals, choose exercises and programs that will help you achieve them.
