Default General Work Out routine

Hey Fellas,
I haven't posted up in about a month but I've been working alot on my inner game and work hours have increased.
I picked up a weight bench and some weights on Saturday and me and 2 friends have since dedicated an hour or more a day to working out to improve health and looks.
The problem is we are lost on a structured work out routine as far as actual work outs go.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a good website with a set plan that we could build from.

Thanks,
Classy

While T-Nation is a nice site for routines, it is easy to be pulled in by the allure of "get HUGE GUNS" and the like. For a basic weightlifting routine, my favorite is located at http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f13/s-...e-read-436935/ , under the question heading of "what kind of routine should I follow", under the two-day split.

One thing I cannot stress enough is that you need to have clear, focused goals. After outlining those goals, choose exercises and programs that will help you achieve them.

If you need any help with the routine(s) I posted, I'll be around.

It'll help you build a strong base with compound movements and no wasted exercises or effort.

All the better to get a great body.
