Does PU make you sick more often?

I always thought I had a good immune system. Only had the flu twice, and some annual colds here and there, and I've always been generally healthy.

Since I started sarging though, it seems like I get sick about once a month. And it's not just me, it's my wings as well. For me it's never anything serious, usually a cold, but one of my wings is sick just as often, but I think he has an immune system problem (He is usually in bed for 3-4 days whereas I have a cough and a sneeze- and before anyone says HIV, he has been tested). And another one of the guys in our crew gets it as often as I do.
When we first started sarging our phone calls would go like:

"Hey, so we're going downtown tonight, right?"
"I don't know man. I'm starting to get sick. I have X symptom and X symptom etc..."
"Oh shit man, are you going to be alright?"
"Probably, yeah, just give me a few days."
...and it goes on like that.

Now it's so common they go like
"Hey, so we going downtown tonight?"
"Not me. I'm gettin sick."
"Alright. See ya later."

Anyways, I suppose my question is does anyone else notice that the more they go out, the more often they get sick? I figure it would make sense, exposing yourself to the germs of a room full of people and public restrooms 4 nights a week... but I was just curious if this was a huge coincidence, or if Sacramento was just a very unhealthy town. Or if it's perfectly normal.

Just to clear this up, I wasn't asking for any medical advice. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this phenomenon.

And our immune systems should be in top shape- Taking multivitamins, working out, and getting plenty of sleep (8-9 hours). I'm not stressed out about anything at the moment either. Hence the curiosity as to whether or not anyone else was going through the same thing. Although admittedly, I could stand to wash my hands more often.

Alochol weakens your immune system. I am going through same bullshit, been going out and drinking too much.

Lack of sleep.

I don't know about you, but ridiculous amount of make outs with strange girls ...........well that's just asking for catching something.


I've always been going out non stop but it does weaken you a little.

Everyone here who makes out with random girls need to also watch for meningitis. Thats some serious shit, that can kill you. My sister is a nurse and she tells me she gets too many patients who catches it because they kiss random girls/boys. Just a little warning. Be careful. And the guys who don't ever get any action, tell you buddies, the girl looks like meningitis so i didn't wanna kiss her.

Hahaha even more social conditioning to keep people as good abiding citizens and not practice "unsafe" sex.

Meningitis will kill you but it will also make you so sick that unlikely you'll go out and start making out with random boys/girls.

And you can catch it from drinking out of the same bottle/cup.

Hey, I am just passing on something I heard. I think its starts of as a small common cold and it progresses. You can be out when its starting out and still pass it on? I have been out when I was feeling like shit and end up with a make out.
