I'm assuming you want explosive power and coordination ja? My suggestion is to practice your olympic lifts: cleans, snatches and jerks. not only do these lifts build great bodily coordination and functional strength like you'll need, they really are explosive jumping movements. If you're not familiar with the movements they may take some time to learn, but theyre possibly the best explosive power and coordination drills I can think of.
Once you get em down try doing a set of 5 cleans, setting the bar down as quickly as you can, and sprinting for 15-20 seconds. Its amazing at total body conditioning and very functional for your goals.
