| | | Going on The Raw Food Diet What's up guy. Ever since joining the game my life has slowly grown more and more amazing. Women actually approach me, something that I never thought possible. That being said the game has showed me that anything is possible. I will be starting a raw food diet and working out on it. My results will be posted with pics. The ideas and principles governing this diet make sense to me, just never had the discipline to actually try it. My Current Stats are as Follows
Weight: 190
Body Fat % : 15%
Height: 5'9

| | | Yea man, fiber is going to make you feel gassy and cramped at first, but stick with it. Once the fiber makes you shit like 5x/day for awhile and cleans all the gunk from your colon and intestines, you feel amazing. Like mad energy, clean mind, everything.
Good luck, and don't forget to eat lots of beans and whole grains that are unprocessed like barley and raw oats in order to make complete proteins.

| | | It's the healthiest diet you can eat. Very tough to maintain though.

| | | I would think that eating raw meats would make you sick. Especially with all of these diseases running around. Can anyone give me a link to some information about this diet? I'm somewhat skeptical, but this might just sound interesting. |

| | | Please provide links indicating the health benefits of this diet. Offhand I see vitamin deficiencies that would need to be supplemented with B12.
I personally don't see any reason to do it. It is very difficult to get strong and lean (assuming that is your goal) on vegetarian diets. |

| | | There is no vitamin deficiency on the Raw Food Diet. Vegetables and fruits are packed with vitamins and minerals and are absorbed my the body much better by the body than pills. Proteins come in the form of beans and grains. Also, fruits a packed with amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Have you ever seen how muscular gorillas are, yet they eat nothing but fruits and vegetables in their natural state? Google Raw Food Diet or you should check out the detox diet by Natalie Rose.
