Big new scar in my face

I had a bike accident and I land in my forehead. I got 37 stitues in the forehead, so it's a really big scar. Fortunately, i didn't had loss of memory of any kind

Actually, I have a HB8 chasing me, after the accident. I'm not sure if the interest get bigger because of that. Could it be?

Anyway, I'm looking for advices in how to remove this scar. I guess plastic cirurgy is not an option (i talk to doctors and they say it's not necessary), and I'm looking for products to make this disappear rapidly, specially natural ones. I heard a lot about Aloe Vera.

What do you guys suggest?

Just go to a dermatologist and ask him what he can do for you ...

I used to have a lot of acne and now my face is all rough, I got an appointment with my dermatologist soon.

Most commonly used is the laser thingy, don't know much about it though.
