 ? on Energy Consumption due to Sex
I'm trynna promote physical health in my blog by saying that the best way to avoid sexual fantasizing (sexual corruption I say) and do some good is to work out. I wanted to make a point that doing sexual activity, like masturbating or having sex, consumes energy.
Scientifically, how much energy is used up just to perform sex?
