| | | my wierd body!!! I have this problem, my body is divided in two parts, for some reason my right side is always better, at some point I had a six pack and it was only on my right side and my the left side wasnt as toned as my right, even worse for some reason my left chest is bigger than the other.
its like I only workout my right side. So I started going to the gym in january and im skyni and I started taking a suplement (mega mas 4000, im from mexico) and a built some muscle, even girls tell me that I look good but my left chest is still bigger.
do you know the reason? even more important do you know how can I fix it???
sorry for my english |

| | | My left arm can do more reps than my right. Mainly for press though. Probably cause I've broken my right collar bone twice and now its an inch shorter.
But as Vapor said, go to a doctor? |

Work out for a few years (3-5) rather than just a few months and I can guarantee you it will even up. There is no "quick fix" here. If you are looking for the easy way out, body building is not for you. |

| | | start working out with dumbells more, instead of the bar.
with the bar, it's easy to use one arm more than the other, developing unevenly.
If you stick with dumbells for long enough, eventually the weaker arm is forced to catch up, since both arms must stop when one of them gives out. |

| | | It could also be down to your form.
If your form is poor, you will be using muscles in the wrong way (this goes back to the using dumbells instead of a bar i suppose).
If it is your form, once you have improved, you will even out. See one of the trainers, and let them inspect your form, and they should give you some tips and hints.
Going to a doctor? How would that help exactly? It is hardly a medical issue, it is a fitness issue surely? (this is more directed to why a doctor needs to be consulted rather than if a doctor is the right person to help!) |

Also, try working your left harder to 'pull it in line'.
If you're right handed, you're going to have stranger coordination on that side anyway, and better muscle response. Get to the gym and try doing an extra set of flys with your left only at the end of your chest routine.
