How's it going? I'm starting my new exercise program tomorrow along with the Style Life Challenge. Anyway, I was hoping I can get some feedback on my program.

Along with exercise program I will be doing the ABS Diet

Workout Routine:
Day 1 - Neck/Arms/Shoulders
-Isometric Neck Exercise - Side
-Lying Face Down Plate N
-Laying Face Up Plate N
-Dumbbell Shrug
-Bradford/ Rocky Presses
-Decline Dumbbell Tricep Extension
-Alternate Hammer Curl
-Reverse Cable Curl
-Followed by 15 minutes of Cardio
Day 2 - Front Torso
-Bench Press
-Dumbbell Side Bend
-Dips
-Followed by 15 minutes of Cardio
Ab Crunch Machine
Day 3 - Cardio
-Cardio (45 Minutes)
Day 4 - Back Torso
-One Arm Dumbbell
-Hyperextensions
-Wide Grip Pull Downs Behind neck
-Followed by 15 minutes of Cardio
Day 5 - Legs
-Stiff - Legged Barbell Dead lift
-Dumbbell Lunges
-Seated Calf Raise
-Narrow Stance Leg Press
-Followed by 15 minutes of Cardio
Day 6 - Cardio
-Cardio (45 Minutes)
Day 7 - Cardio
-Cardio (45 Minutes)
Every exercise will be 3 sets of 10 reps
