What supplements are you taking now
I am back to lifting so I plan to frequent here more.
Currently taking superpump 250 prework out. Myoplex + creatine + gluatmine post. Come jan going back on nitrix stacking with no-xplode before classes (pilates, fluditiy etc) and superpump on work out days.
Think about trying zma again although results first time were nothing immpressive.

hey fader
I currently work out 7 days a week, and have been for some time. However it's more for the health benefits than the fitness/lifting like I used to be into.
Anyways, back when I was into lifting and increasing muscle size/endurance hardcore I never took anything more than a multi (briefly got into protein powders but that ended quickly) and was very pleased with my results. Currently Im super all natural health nut guy....no pills what so ever.
Anyways, what I'm getting at is your diet.
Im sure you already know this but supplements are just that, supplements. Things that >supplement< your diet.
Try doing some research into what you should be eating, when you should be eating, and how you should be eating to attain your goals rather than head straight for the next pill/powder. Nourishing your body properly can produce amazing results.
good luck
-Dream

Yup I know thanks. I use to do personal training for a living so I am pretty familiar with body building and dieting. I appreciate the tips though

What up bro. No-xplode blows. I bought a lot of it cheap so I am trying to get finished with it. Superpump250 is superior. However both no-xplode and superpump's main ingediant is arginine which cant be obtained from food.
However you are right you do get smaller when you come off. When you take it though it is just like anything else you are cycling.... you take it to go up 40pounds in xyz excerise and when you come off drop to 20 but you at least you have gained 20. Where as with out it you might have gained 10

muscle milk and cyto gainer stack has worked the best for me. However I'm an EXTREMELY hard gainer. I used these over the summer and put on 20 lbs of muscle...something I've never even come close to doing
