i personally take l-arginine and l-lysine together (1500 mg each) on an empty stomach before i go to sleep after my workout in the morning. Hopefully its giving me an increase in the production of HGH to boost muscle mass and perhaps even a couple of inches for my height problem!

I take weight gain shakes (im 6'1'' 180 but if you saw me you wouldnt think i weighed more than 160) because I am trying to gain about 20 lbs (good pounds). I also take Cr-5 creatine supplements, fish oil, green tea extract, multivitamins. And before I work out I take 200 mg caffiene 2 hrs b4 workout and a scoop of NO-Explode 45 mins before workout. Also a whey/casein protein shake after my workout. GABA before bed. That is about it. I have gained 11 lbs in three months, which is exactly the pace I am trying; 1lb a wk

i worked in a gym for a while, tried all sorts of supplements. stuck with a mostly BSN cycle. Cell mass, N O Xplod, True mass, Nitrix.
i went with the twin lab amino fluid.
17HD testosterone booster.
i tried a few other testosterone boosters before, got uncontrollably oily skin and broke out with the others, 17HD didn't give me those side effects.
of course on my daily vitamins and i take my true mass with peanut butter.
i really had to lower my N O Xplod serving size when i started testosterone. the first time i took it i stuck with my usual N O serving size and accidentally worked out for 4 and a half hours straight. didn't even realize it
it's my second week working out (stopped a while back to focus on school), already regained 13lbs. stuck at 186lbs for now, comfortable. (picture no my profile)

I'm taking animal pak, but I think I'll start with animal stak. Animal Pak gives me a great amount of energy, my body has now a good shape, but I'm still thin.. So I was consulting to my friend richie who is personal trainer and told me about the great results that he had reached with animal stak as a supplement that improve your muscle mass.

Superpump250 and Whey protein (better if bought at Sams club, its so much cheaper) are the best for muscle building.

i been having this mutant mass stuf for about 2 weeks, it comes in 5lb and 15 lb bags. its protien shake powder... AND it doesnt taste like chalk. not dependant on it but it does help when i dont have food in the house or the store is closed. has tons of stuff in it. has anyone else tried it? best after 20 minutes after a work out.

The main staples of mine are of course whey protein (have some Whey Protein Isolate Ion-Exchange, some Gemma Protein, and then some Whey Protein Concentrate), creatine ethyle ester, glutamine, waxy maize, cissus quadrangularis (a must for anyone with joint issues), and a good multivitamin.

that is ALL you should be taking.

you guys who are using all these fancily marketed get-the-pump/pro-hormone supplements are wasting your money.

if you guys really feel you've plateaued and need to get to the next level (personal decision), stop beating around the bush and just inject.

ur so hardcore. lol
ur right, the gains i've noticed are probably just imaginary. i don't know where u got your phd, but with age your testosterone level decreases... and seeing as how you don't know all of our ages or situations... who are you to say?
there's no universal answer to nutrition when it comes to bodybuilding, what works for you works for you, great, but don't even bother telling me i'm wasting my money and i should turn to injectible steroids. you gotta be a noob if that's the best advice you've got lol
