You put on 20 pounds of muscle in 3 months? I call bullshit (especially for a hardgainer).

Maybe on a cycle of juice, hgh, or ph's you did

Default supplements

Other than metabolic steroids the only true supplement is water, or so I've been told. Creatine, for example, just makes your muscles retain water. Rather than making them bigger. In my opinion, other than a good multivitamin, all other supplements are just a recipe for expensive urine. I've done twenty pounds in three months, but two is pushing it.

Not true, it is heavily available through celery.
I personally take Amino 1000, Body Fortress Whey Protein (in moderation, no where near what is recommended) L-Arginine.

And eat a healthy diet with lots of fish, wholegrain rice & chicken.
Some of you seem to be aiming pretty high on the glycemic scale. Careful.

Actually thats not what creatine does at all. Creatine adds a moelcue of phosphate to turn adp to atp. Atp is the "fuel" muscles use for contractions.

And 20 pounds of solid muscle zero fat? Doubt that sorry. Even in 3 months. 20 pounds of lean muscle mass with no fat gain. Talk to any docter or traininer the world and they will tell you impossible unless you are using steroids, prohormones or human growth hormones

Thats like saying creatine is avaible through meat. Sure if you eat 2.2 pounds of grade A meat you get the equivalent of a teapsoon of creatine.

That being said you're right i consume way too many carbs.

Also I dont do enough work on my core but I digress.

^^Bud, working my core was the hardest thing I ever did. Having to alter my entire lifestyle (well, eat-style haha) has been something pretty cringe worthy. But if you find the time is right for you to do it, it really is worth it, and along with lower back routines it really is a God-sent during sex.

In relation to the celery, duely noted. My source comes from (pornstar) Peter North who eats 3-4 stalks before a shoot to increase semen volume (dramatically from what I can see, so I don't personally take it as a bulking agent.)

Yea I am going to get into pilates hardcore. Oh ok so you are really not talking about anything kind of relevant. No offense. I am talking about volumizers that use Arginine / Nitric Oxide to push blood into the muscles. Products like nitrix, no-xplode, superpump250, no2, etc. You are making a co-relation between increased testerone levels based on Peter North saying he blows fatter loads based on celery. Totally unrelated man (and not proven that celery raises test at all) lmaooooo

Hey guys... This is my first post on the forum, I usually just troll around and soak up the advice. But training is something that I've put a lot of time into over the years so I figured I'd throw m
2 cents in.

I believe its possible to gain 20 lbs. In two months, but its not going to be all muscle. However, as long as your putting on more muscle then fat, your body fat percentage will go down and you will appear to be less fat. So while your gaining fat your still making out on the deal.

I never liked the typical personal trainers. I've always trained for strength rather then looks. Theres a motto I go by, ''guys who are jacked aren't always strong. But guys who are strong are always jacked'' I don't remember where I read that but it certainly is the truth.

I first got into lifting seriously years ago after one of my ex's told me her new boyfriend was more ripped then I was. I went nuts! Ate clean and lifted hard for a year. I went from 180- 235lbs in that time and was solid as a brick. Whenever someone that hadn't seen me in a month or more ran into me they couldn't believe how much bigger I got. My ex's parents would ask her if I was on steroids! I've always trained in powerlifting gyms so my favoritte excerciseswere always squats and deadlifts (its amazing how much mass you add with those excercises)

I never got to big into supplements. All I ever really like to take are animal pak (great multi) animal flex (great joint supplement for heavy lifters) and now animal pump (because I've always liked creatine). and if I can't get a full meal in after my workout I'll have a Up Your Mass protein shake. protein bars are also handy to have in the car, work, or anywhere you might miss a meal.

Fader- How can you stomach the superpump? that is some god awfull tasting crap! lol
