Mr M called me from Shanghai (while enjoying the skyline from his room - nice!) and, after talking about his and Starlight's damn cool stories, he told me that the Rockstars are set to be one of the headline speakers at the upcoming Super Conference in Los Angeles on 24-26 October



I nearly swallowed my tounge and was lost for words...

I've heard of many stories of previous Lovesystem superconferences. Just read http://www.theattractionforums.com/f...b-22-24-a.html and you'll see what I mean! I want to be there

I have an upcoming interview for a job on my travels and need to check when I will be expected to start work... but it better be after the superconference! It will be such an incredible experience, meet more world class instructors and a great time to reunite with Starlight and Blackswan.

Rest of my day is a bit of a blur. Went to gym and did some game near me for over an hour - not as many HBs nearby but enough to keep up the good work And now, as you can tell, I've been catching up on my blogs.

Time to do a few other things before I hit the hay and wake up for work. No rest for the wicked.

Had a pretty fantazmic weekend. Everything seems to be going so f*cking well lately!!!!!

I got an awesome payrise last week just because i asked for it. How cool is that!!!!!!! If i wasn't on project rockstar i wouldn't have found myself sat in front of my boss telling him how great i am!!!!! lol He seemed to agree.



I've spent the whole of the past month or so trying to re-frame things at work and qualifying people to myself. (I've made damn sure i haven't come across as an asshole though which could easily have happened) This was all using Mr M's SCM game and real life examples he gave us from his job. Thanks dood!!



I spent the day with salsa girl yesterday. We went to the london eye, then had some japanese food then to covent garden for some drinks. (London Hunk this was my only cheat meal this week) I really enjoy spending time with her. I need to work on expanding my social circle more. As i said in an earlier post i have plans which i can put into practise in October but i still need to be improving it now. Although i'm seeing salsa girl i can still be the centre of a large social network of hot chicks that want to sleep with me. Ah, its a tough life... lol

It’s been 49 days and now there are only 7 days left. The Rockstars are all ready for the final push. I barely recognize any of the other guys. We have all really pushed our side projects forward and expanded our social circle mastery to the next level.

We are all really looking forward to seeing Prizefighter step into the ring next month. He missed a few days last week after a training injury. This guy is one serious boxer and all the Rockstars and instructors are going to throw him a huge party after he wins his bout next month. He has expanded his skills so much that he has been invited to train at a secret island location with some of the best fighters from the UK and all over the world. Only the best of the best get invited. Keychain’s music career is exploding and he has had a slew of gigs lately. You better be ready to see him on the TV. Optimistic has been working really hard on becoming the Salsa king of London and is working on a major vacation project at a ski resort in Europe. I can’t wait to hear about it’s success this winter. Then he is going on a world tour that I know will rock the whole planet. Black Swan is heading back to Los Angeles next week and I really don’t think that city is ready for the level of game he is bringing. He has a huge network of connections in London and he has a plan for building a new network in LA. Expect to hear about Black Swan parties real soon. I have been so busy myself. I have now lived in London for two weeks and I haven’t had a single night without a guest in my house. I am so busy with Rockstar that I can’t hang with all the people calling me. All the top Instructors in the world want to spend time with me when they are in London. I just spent Saturday night chilling with Jonny Soporno and Vercetti. My music career is about to explode as I start my new radio show in the next two weeks and a massive clubbing project in the next month. And of course I have saved the best news for last, right now Mr M and Starlight are in Shanghai, China right now with a social circle connection courtesy of Soul. This guy is so connected he took them first class to China just to show how he likes to party. They have been tearing it up and met some of the top player in China. Rockstar is going worldwide. Some of those guys are asking them all about Project Rockstar.

On a personal development front, all of us have changed. Mentaly. Physically. I joined a brutal kickboxing gym last week. Concrete walls. Dirty floors and a ripped instructor who barely speaks English. My housemate is training with me and I have to say it’s insane. I have studied martial arts all over the world and this is the real deal. I have barely been able to walk for a week now. I am going to have to buy a whole new wardrobe soon. Optimistic used to be so scrawny and now he is getting ripped. I am going to have to hit the gym so hard to stay ahead of him. Starlight used to be one seriously chubby dude, but those days are clearly in the past. All of us have learned to integrate Rockstar into our lives.

Everywhere I go I sarge. I went to Ikea today for a new chest of drawers and I was running demos on the train for my housemate and breaking down game for him. He is in investment and his job is all about networking. I gave him a talk about NLP and frienship building. He is going to shred his new company. Everything I have learned isn’t just about meeting women. That is just the smallest part. I have an amazing job. I am going to the best university in the world for my profession. I live in my favorite city. All of my friends are people I have chosen. My whole life is transformed and it’s only going to get better. All of my brothers feel the same way. We have walked a path together and it’s amazing. Prizefighter has been spending a ton of time with a girl he met winging me and it’s really amazing. Each of us is developing in different ways.

I have started to really develop my own personal theory of game which is spreading like wildfire through London. Wait until I tell you all about it at the superconference in October. That’s right! All of the members of Project Rockstar will be giving a talk and working as coaches! You will all get to meet me. All of us. You better believe we are ready to teach and share all that we have absorbed. I will give you a little teaser right now. This weekend with Vercetti I developed my new slogan EGO - eleven game only. It’s about more than just looks now. We are after girls who’s personalities knock their scores right off the charts. And I got another special surprise for you. My dad is coming to the superconference. That’s right. The original natural. Wait til you meet this legend. This is a real special treat as he is one of the few dads that knows the whole score. And you better believe my mom is smoking. The guy went from raw natural to 30 years of succesful marriage. I know you wanna meet him.

Let’s stick with the practical. Last week I went out with Daxx, 5.0 and Vercetti all week. I have expanded my social circle and I get at least 5 invites a night to party. That’s right. In a city I have lived in for 2 weeks, my phone is blowing up. On the way home from work last wednesday I met an amazing girl on the train. She is a fashion designer. In just 20 minutes I made friends with a girl who has connections with tons of beautiful designers and models. I met an older lady at lunch whose son is a festival photographer and runs a popular festival radio show in the UK. My social senses are getting razor sharp. This DJ has really learned how to take his career forward. Optimistic was at my house party last week talking to a beatuful girl until 3 in the morning. To him it was just Saturday. Things that were once impossible are now simply natural.

Hey guys, so it's the last week of Rockstar...

Last night we had our evening with 5.0 and Vercetti and a special guest happened to drop by...Johnny Soporno! He met up with the crew and hung out all evening with us in Leicester Square, watching the crowds go by and sharing his philosophies on winning the game of life.

Before we get to that, the Rockstars congregated in central and chilled. Blackswan gave me some great advice about all sorts of life and business stuff. I respect his opinion and intellect a great deal, as readers of my previous posts will know, so it was great to have him turn that stuff in my direction once again. One of the special things about his advice is that it comes free of personal agenda (except the personal agenda to help). This is a rare thing.

Based on Blackswan's advice, I'm opening up some time for some free one-on-ones for guys in London. Game/life-related issues covered. I'd love to give something back to you guys who have been reading this thread for all these weeks, and I feel this is a great way of doing that To all of you, it's a big THANK YOU! Johnny Soporno. In a word: wow.

This guy has the kind of relaxed, at-ease manner that comes from having massive value, experience and self-validation...I've seen this in a very few people in my life - in fact I could count them on the fingers of one hand. As Johnny started unpacking his ideas, I started to understand what these people have in common.


- They are independents. People who don't draw their validation from leading or following, but who have an internal sense of validation. They make their own decisions, follow their own path and are validated (or not) by the success (or failure) of those actions. To win at the game of life, you must become an independent.

- They recognise that you can live by whatever rules you choose, living whatever configuration of life you want...as long as you are worth enough. As long as you can generate enough value to justify your existence, you can live however you want. This is part of the meaning of the term WORTHY Playboy.

- Men are motivated by approval, women by security. If, as a man, you can free yourself from the need to be approved of, you are on your way to being a true independent. This is one of the real keys and it was demonstrated in everything about Johnny. Watching him interacting with the Rockstars and our questions, with the staff, with passers by etc... was a real lesson in this. There is a centredness there that I homed in on.

- I asked how to free yourself for the need to be approved of without losing connection/care for the people around you. Johnny's answer was to do nice things for those who want your help, and because it makes you feel good about yourself. His motto: I live to enjoy the benefits of my best efforts.

There are crossovers between this and the David Deida stuff I've been listening to lately (great stuff btw) about Third Stage man etc... Living in your purpose, giving your gift. Awesome.





As I've said, I've met three guys in my life with the same vibe as Johnny, and each of them have profoundly influenced me. Time with a guy such as this is hugely valuable to anyone who has the eyes to see, the ears to listen and the openness to learn. To be honest, what he said was great, but the I got the most from the actual experience of just sitting there, across a table from him, enjoying the 'lived out' vibe.

So I'm VERY excited about this weekend! Im sharing a room with Prizefighter and all hell will be breaking loose at the big Rockstar finale in Essex! The other guys have already talked a bunch about it so I just want to say...I'm really really looking forward to it

So I just got back from Shanghai and in a word it was unforgettable. In a few more words it shifted my reality. Eskay, eternal props and thanks to you for being a man who DOES instead of so many who just talk. You're a legend.

So what else happened? Mr M and I walked through Yu Garden, getting accosted by hucksters and street touts, pulling us into back alleys and illegal goods stores set up in back rooms of crazy Chinese housing compounds. I negotiated some Gucci loafers and a Versace belt for the price of a decent lunch in London (sure their fake but I can keep a secret).


At one point I walked around on my own and like 10 girls opened me. How's that for cool? Families asked to take pictures with me. Art students chatted me up and showed me their work. Note to self: Being 2 meters, blond and from California is a DHV in China. Then I realized I was so sleep deprived from late nights of Shanghai lovin' that I fell asleep against a stone pillar. I awake to Mr M filming me and cracking up.

A pua named Angel found Mr M on some underground forum. We decided to meet up and he met us at the open-air bar on the top floor of the Hyatt. He's english and has lived here for a few years. Seems cool. We went out the next night and I experienced my own Lost in Translation moment. I opened like 12 consecutive sets and NOT ONE spoke more than 5 words of English. One girl understood when I told her that she looked beautiful in her dress....then jumped up and down clapping and smiling. That was cute. Angel speaks Chinese. It makes things easier by miles


Mr M isn't really into Asian girls (translation: not at all) and thus affectionately nicknamed one of the clubs we hit Hell. No white boys. Just locals. It was like On Anon minus 1,000 to the negative 4th power....unless you like Chinese girls (which I do), then all of a sudden it was sweet

Shanghai is one of the largest cities in the world, 22 million plus people. It is incomprehensibly big. Skyscrapers in every direction as far as the eye can see. Like a massive old growth cement forest.

Eskay has game. And in fact, it has improved by a quantum amount in the few days we've been here. With his natural entrepreneurial tendencies and social agility, a touch of solid game and the guy will be the world's biggest international playboy in no time. Hell, on the flight back I woke up to see him holding court with 3 sexy flight attendants leaning into him at the bar in first class...he's doing cold reads and their eating it right up. Nice one!

There are some real characters in Shanghai too...the expat community thrives. We met Italian import/export traders, Irish investment brokers, Swiss/Japanese hotel managers, and Belgium pasty chefs. All from different walks of life who decided to roll the dice in Shanghai and haven't left since.

Ok, I am totally incoherent now. Too much sex and room service. Staring out the window at the incomprehensible view of skyscrapers and the parade of boats on the Bund. Long diatribes on business and how to avoid getting screwed by the Chinese. Now I need sleep.

Rockstar is winding down and I'm going to miss all the guys. We've grown so much together and grown quite close through these growth experiences. Our grand finale in Essex is looming this coming weekend...all the instructors and Rockstars taking over a hotel and having a last weekend of gamelicious debauchery. I'm all for it...after a good nights sleep

That aside, I must say, these last few days were amazing, and trust me when I say I do NOT use that word lightly, these 2 guys are GOLD and I am sure we will remain friends for a looong looong time, unless Starlight EVER even thinks about coming within 20 CMs of a Girl I am getting jiggy with ...

What's also fascinating about Game V Social Circle, is that the principle is the same, just diff people and locations ...

I headed to Leicester Square for solo sarging and then met up with 5.0 & Vercetti, before meeting Johnny Soporno (Worthy Playboy Institute).

Honesty

This guy is great and I'll tell you why. He is a nice guy. Yes a nice guy but with total honesty. Many 'nice guys' aren't nice - just weak willed and go along with other people's opinions even if they don't actually mean what they say.

Johnny said that being honest gives people the ultimate choice - take it or leave it. Lying and bullshitting tries to take this choice away from people. A guy only becomes a man when he can be honest and gets over his fear of disapproval.

Johnny hates the idea of guys fooling women into thinking they are cool. Dont try to appear to be something your not to trick the women. Learn to be something that women want.

Being honest and comfortable with your sexuality is very important and very attractive to women.

Helping others

One of his fundamental points was that if you consistently offer to help others out (not force help but ask: if they don't want help , that's fine and if they do, then help them) then you will feel better about yourself and people will be able to sense that in your interactions.



This is not to say help everyone but help those who are worthwhile. Not people who just claim for it but those who are actually trying to sort it out themselves.

Noone can make anyone else happy. You can only encourage them by helping to reduce/remove blocking items that they envisage to be stopping their progres. Happiness is a choice right now if you accept the situation.

One of the biggest ways to help someone is to help them recognise that their happiness is a choice.

Women

Women are damned if they do and damned if they don't in society.

A women either gives herself away for nothing (a slut).
A women either gives herself away for something (a whore).

Its a double bind. If a women does what she wants to do for her own, without expecting something back, society will judge her for it. Its this reason that women are reluctant to have sex just because they want to as they will be seen by other women as a traitor to the cause.

Back on the ground in London. After 13 hours of much needed sleep I awoke to go sweat out my sins at the gym. aaaah, that's better, I feel pure. And sore. I went over to London Hunk's to do my final weigh in but the results were skewed after lifting so we decided to have a go at it tomorrow morning right after waking up.

Walked down Mile End with the sun sinking behind downtown and arrived at Paladin's pad just in time to get on the phone with Braddock for a talk on disqualification. Mr M has talked up Braddock so much that I would say I'm most excited to go in-field with him of all the instructors I've yet to meet.

Braddock covered all types of disqualification and his approach is essentially opening direct then moving to joking disqualification to keep a playful frame and "keep her in the maybe" ...in other words, not letting a girl feel that she "has" you and makes her work towards winning your affection while still enjoying the interaction.

So if you open and state interest straight away, you could then transition into something like "You know, I think 2008 is going to be my year" they'll ask why. "Yeah, I think I'm finally going to lose my virginity in 2008." girls will usually be like, yeah right, you're not a virgin. Then you can play on it like "What?! You're not a virgin? So you've, like, exchanged bodily fluids with a guy??" and away you go...Braddock is a legend!

Then I was whisked away in a cab to meet Mr M and have one of our final Social Circle type dinners with a few managing directors and a hedge fund trader at The Collection. Mr M and I held court, elucidating each moment of our time in Shanghai with vivid recounts of the most racy encounters. One of the other guys there has some pretty crazy stories...but I'm proud to say that for once, we topped him

I was still a little jet lagged and decided to call it a night around midnight.
