Tips for my day game

Hey guys,

I've been working on my overall game for a while now. It's going not that bad at night, in bars. But I've been told by a girl working at Pickup 101 that I should also start working on my day game, because once I realize how easy it is and that it's easier to get more positive results, I'll do it all the time. So I've decided to work on that part of my game. Great.

I wanted to do that today, but I chickened out SO many times. I read many posts on the Day Game board, and it's been very useful. Still, I am looking for some contextual tips for my specific situation.

So here are the details. I work near a huge shopping mall. Everyday on my lunch break, I go to the food court, and I have the time to wander around after I finished eating. I see many hot girls, many of whom are actually by themselves, so I figured it would be easy. WRONG. Because during the night, I don't care approaching, people who are in bars don't mind talking to people, I know that whatever I say, it's cool. However, during the day, I realized I don't know how to open.

So I was wondering if just some kind of direct opener would work. Like can I just walk to a girl and say "you look like a cool girl, are you friendly?" and then just introduce myself and start the interview process, then ask for the number? Talking is better than no talking I guess. I read the Love System Routines Manual and Magic Bullet btw, I just don't see how it can be applied to a direct opener during the day. I managed to use direct openers at night (even though it didn't really work).

Oh, and I KNOW that I am thinking way too much, don't bother telling me so. :P

my favourite is the 'hey you look cool, are you friendly' line........ it kind of pressures them into being friendly and gives u an opportunity to build attraction

So you are saying that my first idea would work... and then how do you transition? I read the chapter about day game in MB, but it's very brief and lack details. So I was wondering if just saying that line, then introducing myself, talk for a minute or two, say I gotta go and ask for the number would work.

I think here during day game at a mall or whatever there's a couple important things to remember 1) time constraints are huge because if someone's out for lunch or whatever they don't want to sit around for 30 min chattin it up. and 2) go for the number since you probably won't take em home and lay em.

I think you kind of have to work faster in day game and in the situation of lunch and all, a quick canned opener works as long as the response AND delivery don't take like 5 min each. after that immediatly time constraint again. sit down with her while time restraing and play a quick game/build comfort/DHV. then you cut her off and say "ok, i gotta get going back to work (or whatever), so give me your # and we can continue this later". make sure you tell her to give you her number and don't ask for it. and after you get her # don't try to linger around the court and get more #'s lol.

Here's what works for me. I learned it from a friend.

Say a girl is walking toward you right in front of Starbucks. I would go up to her and ask her "HEY do you know where's Starbucks?" She would say "Yeah, it's right in front of us... HEY!" Then I go "Ah ha... how ELSE am I supposed to stop and talk to you? Hi my name's MindQuicken." Shake hands and move on to your normal game.

I field tested this direct opener many times with great results. It makes you seem very genuine and uplifts the energy level for your material.

Another tip from my experience... you can get through the time constraints issue by GRABBING the girl's hand, so that she can't escape. Since you're not letting her escape (she can't leave without her hand), you have enough time to run indirect game. Don't get her number until the very end when she absolutely has to go. I don't agree with staying 5 minutes after the number close, to me the number close is just an afterthought which always comes at the very end.
