I don't know where you are, but in the US, people don't touch each other like they do in other countries. In fact, too much
kino will blow a
day game set in the US faster than anything else I can think of.
Day game is much more subtle than any other game. You peacock less,
kino less, neg less, etc., because you just don't need that stuff as much as in club/indirect game. About the only thing you do more is calibrate since there's less room for error. I approach directly with a slightly C&F situational opener, banter to build attraction, then go for a #close or an instadate. This works well on lunch breaks, but you have to remember that this time constraint is not false. Because of that, it's usually more productive to timebridge, #close and go for a Day2. If you know that going in, you're less likely to seem needy at the moment of truth.
That said, if you know she has some time on her hands (vacation/whatever) things can get wild in a hurry. Your logistics must be rock-solid, because shields are low to non-existent in
day game, and once you get halfway decent at it, comfort and rapport come surprisingly fast. I same-day pulled a woman from a hardware store one Saturday afternoon. Turns out we had similar thoughts on what "home improvement" really meant.
