Gaming the cute receptionist at my work...?

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forums and I could use some tips/suggestions on how to take things further with a cute (7HB) receptionist at my workplace.

Here's my situation: I've been doing the whole "Cocky + Funny" teasing thing with her and I get positive responses, definitely some subtle IOI's. The only interactions I have with her are if I happen to see her in the break room, or when I clock-in/clock-out behind her desk; our interactions have been just brief small-talk.

The problem is, I don't know how to take things further, outside of the workplace. I've known her for about a month now. Because we're at work, I don't want to dial up the flirting/sexual tension too much, and at the same time I don't want to telegraph too much interest too soon. She's definitely attractive and I know she gets attention from guys, so sometimes I purposely don't acknowledge or look at her when I pass by her desk.

So my question is: what can I do to take things to the next level? Ideally I'd like to get her out of the office and join me for lunch sometime. I just need the opportunity to generate attraction. Any suggestions?
