I have to agree, learning to dance is awesome.

This thread in itself inspired me to take up Salsa over 5 weeks ago (LA Style) and I am having a blast with it. Plenty of time to be social and work the room getting used to talking to people and opening sets (with so many women compared to guys its insane!)

Try not to be like so many of those guys propping up the bar with that "tough guys don't dance" attitude, Women love to dance and love guys who can dance.

I wish there was somewhere you could learn to DANCE. I mean not hip-hop, salsa, swing, or the Tennessee Waltz, just DANCE. Like in a club. I know those forms can help it just seems like that's the only kind of dancing people really do and nobody show you how to do it (!)
