I call it Excusism not The Victim Mentality.
This is because I am tired of people who have been victims in their life to use that as an excuse to never put effort into anything in life again and never excepting responsibility for their mistakes and bad decisions again. If you're still alive there is no excuse not to put in 100% every day of your life no matter what happened in the past.
