Sydney NYE

Any ideas where to go for NYE? Its probably too late now to get tickets to the better venues, and I'm not a fan of paying huge covers on NYE anyway. Whats the best free/cheap place to be, where there are also decent young HBs?

I went to the city once NYE.. probably never again. House parties are the way to go.

On NEV 07 my friend was invited to a house party. There was about 6 to 8people there, most of them single attractive women. It turn's out that he was invited by the female hostl there becuause she knew that he would not try to hit on any of the girls or pick them up. Him being in the midd to late 30's and was not a threat.

I'm thinking Doh!
