How do you attract the flirt?

Ok guys I actually have 2 questions about attraction. Any advice is deeply appreciated.

1) How do you genuinely attract the flirtacious girl? I am usually very attracted to those girls that are really open and social. However, I don't want to be just another guy she socializes with. I find this especially difficult when she "opens" me when we first meet.

2) I'm finding it hard to come up with DHV stories since I'm in college. I haven't been on exciting trips and my parents are poor so I don't have a beach home or a boat. Is there anything besides DHV's from partys, exes, and future plans?

1) Attract the other girls in the party and the flirt will come to you.... every time.

2) DHV with body language, attitude, success in life (good grades, sports, friends, activities, goals, dreams,etc ), conversational skills, entertainment value, confidence

I've met a few girls like this through social circles and whatnot.

I generally think the key to girls who flirt with everyone and act the same to everyone is to state your intent.

Put it this way...

If a girl is being openly flirtatious with you... stop worrying about whether or not she's flirted with the 100 other guys at the party. Just say "Hey, you really gotta stop being a flirt, or i might just have to start hitting on you. I have a soft spot for really social girls anyway..."

Why would this work?

Well... assuming she is a flirt, as long as you don't say it in a needy manner, if she's flirting with you again... it's more or less her accepting your advances. IF she comes back to you... she's going to know you're going to hit on her and is okay with it.

Besides, most other guys when girls flirt with them will get shy or awkward, or will act needy and try to earn validation back when they go flirt with some other guy.
