Avids' "Echo Theory" I've noticed that each social group has certin patterns of language. The words you use to hold conversations, flow. Yet, people add their own unique words too make the conversation their own. A common example which couuld help me best explain this best is Paris Hiltons catch phrase from a couple years ago which spread like a virus..."That's Hot". Millions of people, guys and girls started "echoing" her words. Annoying, but power to Paris for getting every dumb ass to fall into her frame so hard. Her personality was echoed like crazy. Immitation, as the saying goes, is the purest forum of flattery. Trust.
On purpose, I started being aware of my own catch words. Ampping them up and waiting to see the result of who in my social group would take on my personality and "echo" my words, and the toneality I said my catch words in. Girls that started echoing my words, I escalated on, and truth be told, zero LMR....
Example: blah,blah,blah."Do you know what I mean"..repeat
"Amazing", Blah, blah, blah, wow "Amazing"...blah,blah,blah, isn't that "Amazing?"
Say whatever word to transition sentances, or end them, with a cool unique echo word and toneality..repeat, repeat, repeat, and watch people, guys and girls echo your catch words back to you. If a guy does, your the alpha, if the girl does, she wants you...
Trust,
Avid
(I could write a damn thesis on this..but, I'm sure you guy's get the idea..Also, can be used in reverse, echo her words, she'll feel your part of the group..Some Psychologists call this the "Mirror Effect")
