Last minute number close shit test? - The Attraction Forums

Before I came across Style's number close technique, I used to just game a girl and then tell her to give me her number. It usually went something like this:

Tom Sawyer: Alright, you seem to be pretty cool. Give me your number and maybe I'll call you.
HB: What? You're supposed to ask for my number.
Tom Sawyer: (playfully rolls eyes) Gosh, you're high maintenance. Fine. Can I have your number?
HB: (gives number)

Lately, I've been wondering if this is some sort of a shit test? Maybe testing for compliance?

I've been considering responding with "Your loss sweetheart. (wink)" and turning around to talk to someone else.

Any thoughts?

well if you do that you could just lose the number this way at least you get the number so who cares?

Mostly curiosity.

I have a 75% success rate (meeting up at some later time) using the above. I'm just trying to refine aspects of my game and see if "failing a shit test" is responsible for the remaining 25% or if there's another part of my game (possibly not enough qualification or comfort?) that I need to focus on.

Sorry, I probably should've clarified earlier that while I get the number, I don't necessarily always get to pick up where I left off.

I'm trying to weed out false positives.

If her telling me that I need to ask for the number is a shit test and by asking for the number I end up failing the shit test, then I'd like to seek possible alternatives (such as saying "it's your loss").

makes sense but i would try to come up with something better just because some girls are going to forget about you especially the really hot ones that have 100 guys lining up to get her number
