How much do you re-frame?

I was reading threads on re-framing and I am excited to start using it in my game, but I have a question, how often do you use it? Framing seems nice to pass shit-tests but in a general conversation how often do you want to re-frame? It seems it would be frustrating to talk to someone who was constantly re-framing.

The amount of times you re-frame isn't important. Knowing when to re-frame is all that matters (for example, handling shit tests).
