Good advice thus far, but calibration is vital. Grab a handful of her hair close to the skull, then watch her face/breath rate/nipples for signs of arousal as you slowly make a fist. As they appear, slow down to prolong her pleasure, and remember that it's not the pain, but the domination that turns her on.

Make sure she hasn't got hair extensions. Girl will go crazy if you start pulling them out..
