Good stuff to talk on the phone about?

Hola.

Is this some good stuff to talk about on the phone? I'm trying to follow the suggestions from the Interview Series on phone game. I have to have five things to talk about, in case I run out of things to say:


-About my new class (two new guys, many new people in the school)
-Favourite subjects and other school stuff (she said she was interested in schol actually), she's actually not a geek though
-About dat facebook virus.
-About me going out on Friday.
-About this good bakery and all the good food there.


I'm going to talk about all the cool stuff I'm going to do and see if she says that she wants to join. Sinn was talking about this. She lives on hour away and she doesn't have a car though.

Sounds legit. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you to just vibe on the phone and throw these things in where you feel like they belong, but don't feel like you need to or should use all of them. If you go through maybe 4 of them, I'm sure your conversation has been long enough to cut. Leave her on a high note and wanting more. But yeah, those sound good.

Just make sure you're vibing, and you don't come off sounding like Jay Leno talking at her or anything

I called the gurl now. First I called her and I left a message. Then she called me and left me a message. Then I called her, but no one answered. About 1 minute afterwards she called me. The call:

PUA: I just got back from the gym, (I was kind of walking home). and it was really good.
PUA: Something special you were wondering about since you called?
Me: I just fiinished my week of school and then we talked a little bit about school stuff.
After a not so long time I said that I had to go and I hung up on her. I should have prepared some stories from school or something. Although, I'm glad that I just called her.

How should I've answered to this question?

I'm sure in 20 minutes, I'll have 8 better responses to this question but my reflex response was "Special? You're talking to me, how much more special do you want?"

Then I like to sometimes say something like "But I saw the cutest fish that looked JUST LIKE you, and..." then tell a relevant story. More often than that, I just won't give any particular reason to call and I'll just run it like a mini-pickup. Opener (as simple as "Hello," or an opinion opener or something if you want), False Time Constraint ("I can only talk till my friends get here"), quick Attraction, Qualification (think compliance tests), run 5-10 minutes of comfort then optionally time bridge (i.e. set up a day X). Thinking of it that way helps me keep from going too much in the direction of "So what else is in the news...?" and losing momentum. This still leaves room for you to vibe and talk about whatever, but if you aren't getting that, you know where to go.

And like anything, practice makes perfect
