sets of 21, 15, and 9 of
95# thrusters (front squat/push press hybrid movement)
45# kettlebell swing
pullups
run 400m between each set, no rest otherwise.

This is hands down the most humbling workout I've ever done.
humbling workouts are my favourite kind of workouts
i always get a kick out of seeing people doing 'cardio' and talking through it the entire time.

Right now, I'm following the P90X program.

6 days a week but only lifting light to moderate weight 3 times a week. Cardio on the days in between.

Trying to get rid of the rest of my gut.

About to complete to first month and I feel GREAT! I look great too.

I don't follow a set 'program', I just do what feels right on the day. I'll go in with a specific body part in mind, but if I feel weak on it or not fully recovered I'll go for something else. Typically train for 30-40 mins, anything longer than that and it's almost worthless as I'm lifting tiny weights.

I train fairly intense, regularly get very dazed and sickly when doing back work. Used to feel that way when doing chest but I'm taking it easy right now (fucked up my shoulder doing watersports on holiday haha).

changed workout a bit
doing:

5 minute of jump rope as warmup
1 min jumping, changing from intense to somewhat slower, double unders for the last 20 seconds
1 min rest

Still do the following twice in a row, no rests, doing as many reps in the time allowed

bent row with 20lbs for 30 seconds
pushups for 30 seconds
burpees for 30 seconds
squats for 30 seconds
Shoulder press with 20lbs for 30 seconds

5 minute rest

then

30 second burpees
30 second rope (or something else sport specific)
repeated twice

rest for minute

then repeat above once more, rest, and once more do the above.

pass out
drink chocolate milk
