Lightheadness after the act

Hey, everyone!

I've had this pressing problem for a while, but I've never addressed it. I figured that this was probably the best place to ask this...

A good deal of times after sex or masturbation while standing up, I will get VERY VERY lightheaded, almost to the point of passing out. This has been happening to me for years now, even before I started biking. For example, there was one particular instance where I felt pretty much like dying after masturbating standing up in the shower.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I think it has something to do with your blood flow, google it.. :P Im pretty sure tho! Ive heard it is common.

Do you exercise at all? Back when I was lazy and sat around all day I would stand up and feel light headed sometimes. Also happened in the morning when I first wake up. Since I've been hitting the gym, running, and eating well I haven't experienced this at all.

it has somehtign to do with blood flow

excercise can help increase blood flow as well
consult a physician for sure though

Haha it would be similar to the goats that when you scare them they become paralyzed for a really short time.
