Ok so over the coarse of the summer,I was put through the most intense stressful situations 24/7.Now I was able to cope with it and I thought I was dealing with it properly.Turns out that it was still slowly building up because
I was exposed to stress all the time
Now,its affecting my state because I can't relax and calm down.Their is a constant pain in my chest that does not go away.Ive tried everything in my anxiety and phobia
workshop book and it doesn't work.Which includes
Playing video games
Playing with an animal
Showering
sarging
Some R&R
Laughing
watching comedy
masturbating
shopping
working out
running
Blah...I have to go to the doctor...
