Most of it comes from guys talking about things the guy wants to put inside the girls vagina or up her backside and presumptuous talk about they guy taking the girl away, tying her up, things like that, as if that is what she wants – typically the type of talk that if said in one’s workplace (other than a strip club) would qualify as sexual harassment

There are different setups at a strip club, I believe youre talking about "perverts row" If i'm sitting away from the bar and the dancers it's their choice to interact with me, I'm not obligated to tip. In fact i'm there with a friend to have a few drinks and if something catches my eye maybe.
Around here the seating around the stage is referred to as the rack. Anyone sitting at the rack is obliged to tip the girl on stage. Those sitting at the tables away from the stage are not obliged to tip. However those that sit back and take peeks at the girls on stage and not tip are seen as freeloaders by the strippers.

Where do you get this idea that you and your buddy sit down, have a few drinks, and have a good time while ignoring the strippers is anything that would interest a stripper? It’s just too passive.

Typically to get a stripper, or any woman for that matter, is to make yourself the center of her attention. Sitting in the back doesn’t do it. You need to get in front of her and interact with her.
