After reading The Game, style uses cold reading and personality identifiers a lot, like being able to tell if a girl was self conchious (sp) in highschool or whatever. Does anyone know of any good books or ways i can learn about that stuff?

Hi, im new here but after reading the book i picked up
"The Definitive Book of Body Language"

Its a good read, im 1/4 through and im already learning a bunch.

Allan Pease writes very good books on body language, easy to understand as well. I've read three books on the subject, so I'm pretty adept at 'people-reading'.

As for the "self-conscious" thing, most girls would describe themselves as that and all girls were once rather anxious and doubtful of their own abilities. It's a cold-read because it applies to everyone without us knowing it.

i just finished 'the definitive book of body language' and i think its one of the most compact and useful body language books out there. it has basically every body language interpretation.
Leil Lowndes has a book called 'Undercover Sex Signals' and thats good for figuring out female body language and is basically about IOI's. its written at like a grade 6 reading level which is kind of annoying but the pictures are good to uncover and now that i think about it, has helped me out more than i thought it would have.
