Whats up when she stops initiating?

I was getting pretty close to this girl, at one time she would text me every day and it got a little annoying if anything. But last time i saw her (at work) we were getting one amazingly well, but since then (about 10 days) she hasnt text me once. I text her last friday and she replied immediatley and seemed to respond quite well. But whats up with her not initiating all of a sudden? Is this a sign to give it up now? Her friend told me she likes me, and have had countless IOIs But i cant seem to get anywhere with her.

In our last little text session she said somehting about her being cool and i asked "what makes you so cool then?" and she replied "i was just born that way you see" so i said "that was a shit answer, try again!" and she says "err because i work at ****?" I was thinking this may be a good thing as she is buying into my frame and possibly trying to qualify herself (but not doing a very good job of it lol)

if one of my girls hasn't text me that morning n it seems that i always initiate sometimes text her in the evening with 'er where was my good morning text' or 'thanks for texting me to make sure i was okay today.... hmmmmm?' n then normally they're like 'argh sorry!' n next day, beep beep, how are u?

sounds like ur texting gd tho! how quick do u text back? i've found the general rule of....

1. wait 20 min before textng back
2. if she' takes an hour or longer wait half the time she does to text back

but NEVER less than 20 min if its general banter texting! it rly does seem like ur doing something n not waitng round!

obv tho if she's like wanna meet up tonight, text back straight away, but keep it short n sweet be like, 'er yeah shud be free, pick u up at 8? x' n don't text her till u see her, if she asks what u gonna do be like.... hmmm lets see where the night takes us, makes u seem spontaneous, but rly u have a plan!

oh and how many kisses u put? xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is needy

and punctuate! i've had a number of girls bollock me for not punctuating texts!

You are probably right, it just seems weird to me. Such a noticeable change in behavior usually has a reason behind it, i would have thought. Before i felt that she was really trying to keep my attention, but now she suddenly doesnt need to talk to me.

Mr Jack your ideas seem ok i will probably give those a try thanks.

yeah maybe not text every day, especially if ur not like 'involved' with her, text maybe every other day?
