Project Rockstar - Cumulative Threads

As the last of the rockstars to post i feel that most details have been covered by the other guys. I'm just going to add my personal experience:-

Going to the interviews a few weeks ago was a strange experience. I replied to an advert on the forum, sending details of myself and a photo by e-mail. I got a reply asking to come to an interview with an address and time. So, a week later i find myself standing outside a doorway in a back alley in london. I tap on the door. No answer. I wait. I tap again. Still no answer.

I start thinking to myself this is a set up. Maybe i watch too many horror films?

The door opens, i'm guided in and the interview starts. Now you have to remember, these guys are masters at reading people... thin-slicing, body-language etc etc. So you have to understand the pressure i was feeling. I come away thinking i was summed up too quickly and i felt i didn't do enough. This, it turns out, was not actually a bad thing. I got accepted into what is the next level in this community. A few weeks of polishing up on reading material and the project started.

The hand selected instructors are all great in their specific areas as the other rockstars have already posted. And, project aside, all great guys. It was great to get to know them a bit better. They are giving us all a lot of their time and knowledge and for that we are all extremely grateful. I feel that yesterday they all earnt our respect and trust. We are letting them change/mould/improve us so it was important for us to trust them. And that i can honestly say we now do.

As this was a new concept before yesterday we didn't really know the depth of this and what to expect. We only had a rough idea of what we were letting ourselves in for. We have now seen the syllabus and the structure of the project and believe me, its awesome.

One highlight of the day was Dr Yen's 3 second threesome close. When we went for a quick beer, Dr yen opened a set IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!!! lol He nearly successfully closed aswell.

Finally, a quick thanks Mr M for the theory lecture. You are very good at what you do and made it very easy for us to understand.

As the sun sets today a new life is gonna begin for you guys. All the instructors involved with Rockstar are TOTALLY dedicated to this project, like you wouldnt believe. We all want you guys to suceed and it will happen!

Your first night in field begins with me tomorrow night, expect fireworks!

We went to London_Hunk's tonight and he is a lifestyle leader. He revels in natural game and is a true believer that you can attract girls by living an attractive lifestyle. Game should not be your total life. But it can contribute to your life by building a lifestyle and skills/personality traits that will naturally make you more successful with women. This is one aspect of your life.... not your life.

London_Hunk had given up his time from 4pm onwards, where he was, and probably still is even this late, preparing a tailored fitness and dietary programme for each member of project rockstar.

The training is going to be painful, the 'food' regime is going to be followed strictly (damn, I do love food but sacrifices need to be made). But the transformation is going to be immense. I'm a skinny 6ft guy... I have hardly ever done weights. The change is going to be overwhelming (just like the pain ). We have had 'before' photos taken. I can't wait to see the after pictures in 8 weeks.

What I thought was really cool about London_Hunk though was the energy he sent out. He had worked for 8 hours pretty much straight (with actual clients and then with us) and yet he chatted to me and Black_Swan with shitloads of enthusiasm for another hour about how important it is to have an attractive lifestyle, while maintaining principle. You could tell he has a great passion for developing others and in return he only asks for 1 thing. If you're going to do something, give 100%... or don't bother at all.

Another awesome day... Looking forward to our first night out tomorrow.

Day2 - Keychain

Today was Day2 of Project Rockstar. We travelled from across London to the office of London Hulk, the man in charge of our physical fitness and diet, as well as our Friday night instructor.

In two hours we had a very detailed lecture on the exercise, diet and lifestyle choices we would be making to meet each of our fitness goals. In a few days time, we will have personalised programmes to see us through the eight weeks. There were no bones made about the effort and hard work it would take - we have to enter everything we eat and drink into a food diary, with measurements so that London Hulk can monitor our progress and adjust our regimes. This guy knows his stuff.

'Yes, the first time you work out with me you will probably throw up.'

PALADIN: 'Why doesn't Keychain have a sixpack if he's only got 8% body fat?'
KEYCHAIN: 'I'm just keeping it secret because I don't want to scare you all.'

KEYCHAIN: <pauses...nods> 'Yes, and that.'

TO PALADIN: 'Put your clothes back on for God's sake.'

Really looking forward to our first Friday session with London Hulk, we had a great chat on the first meet-and-greet and I think his natural style of game is going to be super useful to learn...Roll on Project Rockstar!

Ahem, its LONDON_HUNK not HULK

I am already making the diet and workout plans for all of you and getting all the supplements.

So should get all of u started soon.

Its just analysing your body, your zinc level, your estrogen level, your growth hormones, testosterone and then designing the program and then the supplement structure according to the body's nutrition level result is taking shit loads of time.

Its nearly 3 at night and i have been pretty much working 12 hours non stop and still loads to do.

But as i said within next 48 hour i will get everything prepared for all of you and then will take you guys to gym and start the procedure.

So get mentally prepared, because THE HUNK IS COMING

So today I became the 6th member of Project Rockstar. I am pretty excited to spend even more time with all the guys. Today we really focused on health and fitness. I was so excited to see my weight down to 89 kg. This is my lowest weight in 5 years. I have a lot more to go. I basically need to lose 12kg of fat to start seeing my 6pack. I know he's in there! Tonight we are going out with 5.0. I've hung out with him, but never in the field so I really can't wait to see some magick!!!

London Hunk is a winner.

He oozes confidence. He is very successful for his 23 years and i will love to see his empire in another 23. He taught us the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the benefits it brings. I didn't get much of a chance to chat with him on day 1 so it was good to learn his background and speak in a small group. He invited us to his office where we tailored a program for our individual needs. He has input a hell of a lot into this program. If the 6 of us were to pay for this service alone it would surely run into the thousands.

I thought i knew a lot about health and fitness anyway so thought today was going to be one of the lesser learning days for me. How wrong i was...

It's made me realise how much i am actually going to change. Because one my stronger traits, health and fitness, still has sooo much potential to improve on. This has really put things into perspective.

Day 3 is going to be our first in-field excercise with 5.0 who is one of the instructors i clicked with immediately.
